This page describes what CogNEXUS Labs collects on cognexuslabs.ai and how we use it. It is written for the people who will actually read it — Legal, Compliance, and Security — not as a wall of generic clauses.

Who we are

CogNEXUS Labs operates this site and the ArtzAIn product. Contact: hello@cognexuslabs.ai.

What this site collects

The marketing site is static HTML. We do not run third-party analytics pixels on these pages. The theme toggle stores a preference (artzain_theme) in your browser's localStorage so the next visit matches the last choice. That value never leaves your device.

If you submit the ArtzAIn pilot form, we receive: name, company, work email, role, company size, and the category of workflow you select. The form posts to POST /api/contact/enterprise. We use that information for one purpose — replying about a pilot and running the conversation that follows. No marketing sequence, no profiling, no automated decision-making. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising.

Email sent to hello@cognexuslabs.ai is read by the founding team for the purpose you wrote it.

ArtzAIn deployments

When ArtzAIn runs as an enterprise control plane, it deploys in your VPC. Customer data, policies, and decision records stay inside your perimeter. CogNEXUS Labs does not take a copy of that data as a condition of the product. Specific processing terms are set in the pilot or commercial agreement, not on this page.

The public SDK

The artzain Python package is installed from PyPI, and the @cognexuslabs/artzain TypeScript package from npm, under those projects' terms. Running the Python package locally does not send your prompts or actions to CogNEXUS Labs unless you configure an endpoint that does.

Retention and rights

Pilot-form records are kept for as long as the conversation is active and for a reasonable period afterward so we can resume it. Email privacy@cognexuslabs.ai to access, correct, port, delete, or limit what you sent, or to object to this processing. If a later regulation or contract imposes a shorter clock, that clock wins.

Changes

If this notice changes in a way that affects how we use information already collected, we will update this page and the lastmod in the sitemap. The date below is when this version was published.
