Terms

These terms cover use of cognexuslabs.ai. They do not replace a pilot agreement or a commercial contract for ArtzAIn.

The site

This site is informational. It describes CogNEXUS Labs, ArtzAIn, and the cognexus SDK. Nothing on it is an offer, a service-level commitment, or legal, compliance, or audit advice. Regulatory dates and product capabilities can change; the live documentation and any signed agreement control.

The SDK

The cognexus package is free to install from PyPI and run locally. It is licensed under the terms published with that package. The SDK is not the ArtzAIn control plane. Connecting it to a production control plane, and the warranties that come with that, happens under a separate agreement.

Pilots

Submitting the pilot form is a request, not a contract. If we take a pilot, the statement of work, data-handling terms, and deployment perimeter (your VPC) are written down before work starts. Until then, no SLA, no license grant beyond what the public SDK already gives you, and no obligation on either side to proceed.

Intellectual property

ArtzAIn, CogNEXUS, and the flock and hex marks on this site are ours. You may not reuse them except to refer to us accurately. Code samples on the developer pages may be copied into your own projects. The rest of the site — copy, layout, diagrams — is not a template for a competing product page.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site or the public endpoints behind the pilot form to probe, scrape at abusive volume, or submit content you do not have the right to send. Decision-record examples on the developer page are illustrations, not live customer data.

Limitation

The site is provided as-is. CogNEXUS Labs is not liable for decisions you make from marketing copy, blog posts, or SDK samples. Production use of ArtzAIn is governed by the contract that deploys it, including any liability cap negotiated there.
